More importantly the talk and sound was terrible. I had to switch back to my other pair. Not good for working from home.

Broken Sleep Functionality

Performing a factory reset does not work. Updating the firmware does not work. Changing settings to "Never" sleep in the Logi Tune app does not work. "Hard Reset" does not work. This broken functionality makes the headphones difficult to use for work.

Awesome headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are some of the softest but firmest gripping headphones I have worn. They are light, sit on my head and I can hardly feel them there, but they don’t fall off, even when I shake my head, they aren’t exercise headsets at all but if the material was a different fabric I feel like they would grip well enough to be. I had a shock with these, they are Bluetooth, so I assumed the lift to mute would be separate from my teams mute button, which is annoying but livable since I have a tendency to double mute myself. But to my surprise, it syncs! Obviously if I mute on teams they aren’t in agreement, but if I then mute and unmute on my headset, teams unmutes. I love this feature There is a button to hang up on the back that I don’t use that often, the volume and the the play pause button, I do wish the volume wasn’t on the same side as the hang up button as I did hang up on someone the first time I tried to adjust the volume, I usually just use my phone or the computer. I really like that the on button is a switch, that completely makes up for the non-optimal hang up button. I just like switches for power instead of needing hold down, for headphones is a really simple way to know I’m turning it off, and it is really quick when you need to power cycle the headphones. These charge via USB C and they come with a USB C to USB C cord in the box, but no brick. Bluetooth also means these connect great to phones and this is where I have had a small annoying issue with teams, for music the headphones switch instantly, press play on the computer and the audio switches right over and vice versa, but teams isn’t so easy, there is a large delay, enough that I haven’t tried to wait it out, I just power cycle and then it works. The other option is to remember to switch the audio on the computer on then get on the teams meeting on the computer, which I am getting better at remembering. Lastly the audio quality is excellent, if it is music or meetings, these are excellent for listening and being heard (the being heard only applying to the meetings portion). Overall, these are awesome and I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately this sound issue repeated on a different laptop and 2 other mobile devices, so I returned it with a headache a few days later.

Noise Cancellation

It says it works with Microsoft Teams and that’s not accurate all the way . Our IT department couldn’t get it to operate properly through only assistance The best thing honestly about this headset is the flip lever for the mute button - yep that’s it …

A huge bonus for me is when it can connect to my iPhone easily. Sometimes iPhone gives me problems when I try to connect to a new bluetooth device, but this headphone was easy to connect to. That is a huge plus on my end. The app was easy to set up and control my headphones from. I love that that the equalizer has preset volumes like "volume boost" or "bass boost" so I can easily press those instead of messing around with the equalizer to find a setting I like. The sound is actually pretty great! I was very surprised at how nice it sounded. It really is a noise cancelling headphone because I was able to play my music (as I'm writing this review) and block out the background noise of my wonderful husband snoring. I also like that the mic can pop out of its area when I'm talking on the phone and pop right back in when I dont need it. When I pop it out, it says "mute off" and when I pop it back, it says "mute on". How awesome is that. I will once again say, the sound quality is great. It actually gets pretty loud. I forgot how loud it was when I was using it yesterday and when I turned my music on, it was blasting in my ear. That is how loud it can get. I def recommend this.
