    Awful bluetooth connection, not worth the price

    These "bluetooth" headphones don't stay connected to bluetooth at all. Everytime I turn them off and back on, I have to completely re-pair them to the bluetooth on my computer. They constantly disconnect or my audio output changes sources when switching to a different application.

    The Logitech Zone Vibe 100 headset is a god, all purpose, general use headset. It's lightweight, adjustable to many head sizes from small to large, and comfortable to wear. Battery life is excellent. The fit is snug, without being overly tight. The Zone Vibe 100 is not noise cancelling. While it does isolate you some from outside noise, the earpads are too lightweight to block much. Not a criticism, just a fact. The auto-mute feature when the mic is stowed is a nice touch. When used for Zoom meetings, it's handy to not have to click and unclick mute in the Zoom program. Simply lift the mic and you're good to go. When installing this to my Bluetooth integrated PC, there waws noticeable lag when watching videos, like a badly dubbed movie. Nearly a full second off. The fix was to download and install the LogiTune software form Logitech and ensure the drivers were updated. Had this not been available, the review would have been 3 stars. Luckily it's an easy fix. Sound quality is good, but not something audiophiles will fawn over. For a communication or a basic gaming headset it works great. Could use more bass, but all in all sounds just fine. Microphone quality during meetings and in games was fine, with occasionally being told there was a slight echo.

    These headphones are extremely lightweight. They are very comfortable. The boom mic is very easy to use and does not block your view. My only beef with the headphones, they only work as Bluetooth. Connecting with USB cable will charge while using them, but you end up having a slight BT lag. Enough that you hear before lips move. That is one thing that drives me nuts. It is not as noticeable with Android and my phone, but using with a Windows laptop I get that out of sync annoyance. The audio sounds great. Reasonable bass, good highs out of the box. Another pet peeve of mine is the boom mics being on the left side. I hate having the boom on the left side of my headphones. No idea why, it just is something I do not like. I think because if I am in a game, I am more likely to release the mouse than remove my fingers from WASD. However, with how compact and short the boom arm is, you do not notice it at all. I even forget what side it is on since I can not see it. Like I mentioned earlier, I don't like seeing the mic either. I have pretty good peripheral vision and for me to not see the mic says a lit for how well it is designed and hidden. So far battery life has been great. I make it through a day of 5-6 hour long meetings then still have enough juice for a couple hours listening to music, pods casts or just using with game audio. Another great feature, you can connect multiple BT devices to them. I hate when I have to re-pair every time I want to switch from laptop to cell phone. I would definitely recommend these headphones, just know you will probably have a BT delay in Windows. Try turning off audio enhancements in settings. Sometimes that helps. If not, most apps/streaming sites have ways to sync video/audio, they are just a pain to track down and adjust. Once again, no issues with Android phone and BT delay.

    These I thought would fit comfortably since larger ears but not that comfy. More importantly the talk and sound was terrible. I had to switch back to my other pair. Not good for working from home.

    Broken Sleep Functionality

    Headset sleeps automatically after about 10 seconds of silence. Performing a factory reset does not work. Updating the firmware does not work. Changing settings to "Never" sleep in the Logi Tune app does not work. "Hard Reset" does not work. This broken functionality makes the headphones difficult to use for work.
