    Too quiet to be useful in loud environments

    These cans are a little too quiet and thin sounding for me to whole-heartedly recommend. When I tested, the mic worked pretty well and callers could hear me with little issues. The over-all sound quality is lacking though. You have to really raise the volume to 100% to hear adequately and that leave you no headroom at all. I do like that this is charges by USB C and as a bonus you do actually get a storage bag which is unexpected. Just like most cell phones sold today, you don't get a charger, only a nice long USB C cable. I guess that's the era we live in now - cutting costs at any cost. The headphones are actually pretty comfortable to wear for extended periods and although I would never bring these on a plane solely because they're just too quiet. You do have the option to download the app for them and that includes a basic equalizer but it still does not increase the volume and only adjusts the lows, mids, and highs like most E.Q.s do. The app is fine and does what it's supposed to but I feel that I will never use it and dont really see a need for it.

    I had high expectation from the picture and the description of the Logitech Zone Vibe 100 headphone. It looked like a premium headset that I could use in the office, but I don’t think it will be my first choice. Right out of the box I was surprised how light and flimsy the headset was. It felt more like a kids toy than a headset. Putting it on my head and ear it was “OK”. Maybe Logitech designed the headset to be really light for extended wear but the headset isn’t that comfortable. The ear covering doesn’t cover my ear completely. Wish there was different ear rings to get the right fit. What I thought would be a useful function was the mic. Being able to retract it to mute and pull down to unmute look like a great idea. But after using it on my first Microsoft teams meeting those on the other side said I sounded soft and not very clear. There was a noticeable delay from pulling the mic down. Best part of the headphone was paring unit to my laptop. I just turned on the headphone and my laptop detected it and setup in 10 seconds. To me this is a basic headset with basic functions. It will get the job done but I don’t recommend it. Spend a little bit more for higher quality.

    Lightweight and Functional

    Does exactly what it I wanted. It allows me to connect to my laptop and ipad at the same time. Audio will switch automatically. Lightweight to wear for a long time. Easily adjustable.

    comfortable, but headset randomly shuts off

    it's a good headset, but there is one thing i cannot figure out... i handle a lot of phone calls for work, and for some reason this headset will randomly shut off on me. sometimes when i am in the middle of a call, and i have to turn it back on, but when i do, the call has zero sound. neither from me, or the caller. every time i have to end the call, and call them back to fix it. i've had this headset for a few months now, and this happens once almost daily, but it's getting to a point where i may have to find a different headset for work. for the price, this is pretty disappointing.

    Microphone did not cancel background noise. But when speaking in the microphone it was more clear than other headphones. I could hear customers on the other end more clear as well.

    Bought them for work. I work from home as a customer service rep. Customers sounded so far away. The noise cancelation was not good. Could still here my puppy nearby & far away. Overall not worth the price, in terms of audio & its use. One good thing I will say is it was very comfortable around the ear. I wear glasses & using smaller headphones hurts my ears, & it presses on my glasses as well but these did not

      Thanks for the feedback. Try resetting the headset and check if that helps. Here’s how: Press and hold the Call button and the Volume down “-” button for five seconds. The LED will start pulsing rapidly and the headset will power off. Turn the headset back on — it will return to the default settings. In the Logi Tune app under Zone Vibe headset> About the Headset, click Factory Reset. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support and our dedicated team will find a solution.

    A must buy for home school

    My daughter is home schooled and I bought this for her to use and it is worth the addtional dollars! It was very easy to setup, plug and play. A big benefit is the wireless feature, which allows her walk away from her computer to grab something and she can still listen to the lesson.

    Amplifies background noise

    I have no idea how this product has such good reviews. The mic and connection are okay but once you join a call, the background noise suddenly gets amplified and it’s incredibly distracting. I’ve tried to see if it’s a setting but its not. I knew they wouldn’t be noise cancelling but I didn’t think they would do the opposite. I’ve passed my return window so I’ll just have to buy a different pair. I do not recommend these to anyone that uses Teams or Zoom.
