I work at a call center and needed a headset that was wireless and noise canceling really quick to replace my old one. This works perfectly and gets the job done. The earmuffs are also very comfortable.

I've typically had good experiences with Logitech products and this headset was decent though a little pricey. It worked fine, but just two months outside the 1 year warranty, I plugged the headset in to charge and heard a pop sound come from one of the speakers. After that, it would not turn on or charge. Logitech support had me to through troubleshooting steps and sending a receipt and video of the problem with the serial number and ticket number written on paper only to tell me it was out of warranty and that there were no repair centers near me that could service the headset. They said "we kindly ask for your understanding." I've since requested an escalation on the ticket so hopefully they'll do the right thing and send me a replacement or a refund. A company shouldn't stand by a product that malfunctions after one year.

Bought these headphones for work and love them. It's easy or then. My old ones to switch from Bluetooth to my phone and to the u. S b for my computer, use great product highly recommend

I use this for work when needed and for personal use. Works great, connects with blue-tooth with my phone or computer. Love the fact that you put the mic up and it mutes you, very handy feature. Sound is good and clear, people can hear me good also. Great headset at a reasonable cost.

These are a great option for someone who just needs to get an average headset. nothing too fancy but works well. It pairs with my MAC and iPhone great but the sound quality is lacking a bit. The buttons for the volume and pairing etc.. are a bit confusing to find without having to take off the headset. If you want a better quality headset, spring for the Logitech Zone 900. More expensive but way better experience.

They are good but I don't feel they are great. I've gotten other Logitech Bluetooth that I feel had better sound quality.

They look nice and are comfortable. Unfortunately, it sounds like people are talking to you through plastic cups and the microphone barely picked up speech. There was also a delay in the audio. Very disappointing when the $30 headset I replaced them with has better sound quality.

The Logitech Zone Vibe 125 is an impressive assembly of technology. I had all but given up on over-ear headsets. I always had the same complaints: Hot. Heavy. Fit too tight. The memory foam ear cushions are comfortable and form fitting without being constricting. Noise isolation is adequate. I have worn them for two hours continuously, and my ears stayed cool. The headphones weigh 7 oz. They are very light, comfortable, and I experienced no fatigue while using them. The spring tension of the headband is firm enough to keep the headphones in place while I am active … and that’s it. I experience none of the “squeeze” I’ve come to expect when using over-ear headphones. Once again, I believe it is the memory foam earcup contained within the knitted fabric shell that is the key to the cool, comfortable experience. During phone calls and meetings, the microphone is impressive. In testing, participants can clearly hear me, and background noise is reduced to a minimum. One time I faced a table fan at about 18 inches, and the other party heard some interference (wind noise). When I took my face out of the direct breeze, the other end of my call said she heard nothing but my voice. I’m told I sound “HD.” The fidelity of voice reproduction is great! When the mic is not in use, flipping it up into a recess in the front of the left earcup mutes it and takes it out of the way. This is handy during a call when I want to just mute myself. To return to the call and unmute the mic, just rotate the mic down into position. Sound quality was a very pleasant surprise. No matter what I throw at them, the Zone Vibe 125 just sound great! The bass is deep and powerful, voices/singing is clearly reproduced without distortion (regardless of volume), and the highs are right where they should be. This is not what I expected from a headset originally intended for computer meetings and the occasional dictation. They’re fantastic for music! Charging the wireless Logitech Zone Vibe 125 is done via USB-C. I plugged them in at 40%, and when I came back to them a couple of hours later, they were 100%, as announced by the friendly female voice that greets you at power on. This voice also announces other relevant status; i.e., power on/off, mute on/off, etc. The battery is rated at 20 hours listening and 18 hours talk time. I’ve not tested it, but the documentation says they can be plugged in for five minutes to yield 1 hour of listening. Not bad! Pushbutton controls are located on the back of each earcup and placed so that, when a hand is raised to the ear, the thumb naturally rests in the proper position over the buttons. Their use is very intuitive, and I was comfortable with their function in minutes. I love being able to easily switch between voice applications and music. I have connected the headphones to my PC and phone. Switching between devices means going into settings to disconnect from one and connect to the other. Honestly, it’s the only thing I have to invest any thought in while using them. The Logitech Zone Vibe 125 ships with a fabric carrying bag with convenient drawstring closure. At the inside top of the bag is a small pouch that conveniently holds the Bluetooth transmitter and USB-C to USB-A adapter to aid in charging. Awesome cordless headset. Thanks, Logitech!

Very good and reliable product. The over the ear design is perfect for extended hours of calls without hurting the ears. Highly recommended!

The headphones came nicely packaged and includes a USB-C cord for charging and a nice cloth pull string style carrying case with LOGI printed on the side. You use your computer to charge them, which didn't take long. I downloaded the Logi Tune app for my Windows 11 desktop and iPhone and the headphones connected to both without a hitch. It went into an update mode right away. You can seamlessly switch between your computer and phone with Bluetooth or the included USB dongle receiver. Trying this feature worked flawlessly for me. A lady's voice tells you when powering off or on, pairing, etc. It does have a noise-canceling feature but I found that it really didn't drown out totally the background noise. In my case I am mostly in a quiet environment so this isn't an issue with me. I really like the mic because all you need to do is flip it up inside the earcup for privacy as it will immediately mute. A very convenient feature! They are lightweight and I found them very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I believe the fabric keeps you cool instead of having leather or plastic coverings on the ears and across the top headband as well. Plus the fact they use memory foam inside the earcups for extra comfort and it helps. The controls are so simple to use and placed conveniently on the earcups. Callers say my voice sounds crisp and clear when connected to my Bluetooth iPhone. People sound fine to me as well without any glitches or dropouts. I was on the phone 8 hours straight and still going strong when we hung up so I imagine the 18 hour talk time really is spot on. And I was not uncomfortable wearing them at all. I also listened to various types of music and was pleasantly surprised how great it all sounded. There are 40mm speaker drivers and I found the bass, mids and lows to be fine and to my liking. Watching videos using Bluetooth there was the normal lag and syncing didn't quite fix the issue but I used the provided USB dongle which corrected it immediately. On the app there is an EQ that helps make the sound pleasing to your ears, if you want to change it. I didn't have to make any adjustments on mine. One thing I found was these headphones connected perfectly to my Windows 11 computer and to my iPhone for seamless switching but would not work like that on my iMac. Not sure if it's an issue with my computer but I did download the Logi Tune app on both computers and had one turned off when trying to use it on the other so no conflict there. Just a head's up in case this may be an iMac or Macbook issue using the Logi Tune app. All being said these Logitech Zone Vibe 125 headphones are the perfect answer for a variety of uses - from listening to music, watching videos, using Zoom and of course phone calls. They are so comfortable you really almost forget they're on your head. I am VERY impressed with the overall quality and sound! I can definitely recommend the purchase!

I have been having difficulties during zoom meetings, being heard, and hearing other speakers. When I purchased a new computer. The zone, Vive, 125 logic tune headset. I am happy to say that I have no more communication problems.

Connects quickly to the laptop. It announces battery level, connection/disconnection. It is over the ear, not very comfortable after long use.

So very easy to use! Simply plug in and you’re ready to go with simple directions! Watching movies on the laptop with these wireless headphones is top notch.

Feels pcheap plastic due to light weight but it is well made. Fabric material is good quality and usb receiver is better than normal Bluetooth option
