This new 4k restoration boasts improved colors and more detail than the original blu ray release. All of the old special features are in tact and it can be had for around $10. The film itself is one of Luc Besson's best and one of Natalie Portman's first roles. Highly recommended.

Great cast of characters and the acting is spot on. I had seen this movie before so I knew I was buying a great one. The young actress, Natalie Portman, does an exceptional job at keeping the movie funny and fresh. It is an off the wall storyline, but it works for this feature.

This is one of my overall favorite films of all time. The fact that we now have a 4K mastered version only makes it better. And if having the young Natalie Portman, Gary Oldman and the incredible Jean Reno was not enough, the price of this thing is amazing! I was lucky to get it.

Always liked the slow burn of this movie. The director's cut adds some interesting things. Plenty of extras and the movie looks great. Natalie Portman is great and you knew that she had a bright acting future after watching this. Jean Reno is excellent and remains underrated.

Definitely the best transfer we will get of the film. Much better than other 4k transfers of films that came out at the same time. Very good quality. I wouldn't necessarily make it a "go-to demo", but very impressive.

Loved this movie. Good all the way through. The relationship between Leon and the girl was a little weird but other than that I loved this movie. Good all the way through with a few slowish parts. Liked the ending. Would recommend if you haven't seen this already.

This is a great movie and dramatically better now that it has been upgraded to 4K and Surround Sound. To see Natalie Portman at age 11 perform in this movie was a preview of her star quality to come. The entire movie is very captivating from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Luc Besson's best movie. Great pacing and action.A very young Natalie Portman does an excellent job. Also Jean Reno is a really nice guy in real life. He was in first class on a plane I was on, and he happily signed an autograph and shook my hand. Quality guy.

With LUC BESSON screenwriting or directing , you know it's gonna be a great movie. Natalie Portman is amazing in her 1st major film . This movie was made for Bessons good friend Jean Reno. Also fantastic was Gary Oldman , at his incredible character portrayal. Must see.

I bought this used on DVD and when I saw this on sale at Best Buy I knew I couldn't live without it. The blu-ray picture quality is so clear it's mind-blowing. The studio completed re-mastered this movie and it looks amazing. Buy and you won't be disappointed.

I can't believe I waited a long time to see this movie. This is by far one of the greatest Luc Besson film ever made. It's just a great movie. Natalie Portman and Jean Reno are excellent. The steelbook packaging is top notch, and the sound and video are excellent for it's age.

Watched the Professional Extended cut after not having seen the movie for a long time, noticed the extended scenes right away. Great movie.

This is for the 2015 blu-ray edition. This remastered BD is crystal clear and beautiful. Way better than my DVD. The 7.1 Dolby Atmos sounds unbelievable. Well worth your time to find this title. At $9.99.....practically a steal!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I love this movie truly shows Gary Oldman's versatility as an actor. It's also great watching a young Natalie Portman and how gifted she truly is. Watching the relationship with er and Jean Reno blossom from a "cold blodded hitman" to a caring father figure is wonderful.

Director Luc Besson (Fifth Element) hits a home run with this film. Jean Reno with a young Natalie Portman are quite a duo. Gary Oldman plays an overtop bad cop is wonderful. Sit back and enjoy the ride. The 4K version in a visual wonder!

The UHD Blu-Ray of "Leon" is an excellent release and an exceptional upgrade when compared to the standard hi-def blu-ray. I love how they included the extended cut of the film on it as well. No issues with playback on my Sony UBP-X800 player.

I have heard so much hype about this film for years and it took me till now to finally view it. The Professional is absolutely brilliant and intriguing. It's rich storytelling and impeccable acting alone deserves more than one viewing! A must see!

Overall this is a great flick for the video library... lots of gun play... great acting by G. Oldman, J. Reno and a young N.Portman. I bought it for the remaster to 4K but haven't done a side-by-side of the standard BR-HD so I can't really comment on that.

Absolutely love this movie! Gary Oldman, Natalie Portman, Jean Reno. They are all so great in this movie. Anytime this movie is on tv, I just have to watch it. Now by owning it on Blu-Ray, I can watch it whenever I want. Must have for any movie collection.

I love this movie, it includes the extended version and the theatrical version, a Blu-ray is included along with a download code. I just love it, I’m very happy with my purchase.
