Decent camera bag for the money. Fills up quickly when adding extra lens.

Impulse purchase with store associate recommendation. Very ugly manly bag. Waste of money as I didn't even use it one time! Ended up purchasing a great back pack from Best Buy a few weeks later.

This bag doesn't really seem like the right fit for this camera, even though it came with the package. It's small, not very roomy, and it seems like it should open with the clip; not the zipper. The opening seems backwards.

Bag came with my new camera in a bundle, works great as long as you done have more than one lens. It's sectioned off for 3 sections but way to tight for the DSLR cameras.

    Minimalist gadget bag

    Posted .

Excellent gadget bag if all you're going to carry is an SLR with a short to medium zoom lens attached and maybe another lens or flash or water bottle (pick ONE). Comes with two removable dividers which makes customizing very easy. The outer flap is just a cover or rain fly over the accessory pouch which will hold batteries, cards, remote release, lens tissue, pen and paper, granola bar, whatever. Don't plan on stowing a lunch or wind breaker anywhere. It comes with an over the shoulder sling but no belt for the belt loops. Heavy duty utility belts are available online at very reasonable prices. Cannot strap on a monopod or tripod. Having said all that, it's better then the tapered style hip holster since it will hold more. It won't hold a camera with a 'long telephoto or big zoom' lens, it's not deep enough. The top opens away from the body when worn on the waist which makes it very easy to get to the camera, even easier then a sling bag. It has a built in lens cloth which doubles as a LCD protector and also has a built in rain cover tho' the bag is pretty water resistant as is. This is your basic well built minimalist no frills gadget bag for those times when you need to travel light and stay protected.

Nice bag but not for me.

The bag itself is nice. It is well padded and seems to be durable, but not well suited for me. There are two pads inside that are removable and allow for customizations for accessories. Since the bag is longer than it is wide, it's not too many optios for rearragement of the pads for my lens. I basically had to set it up with one lense in the bottom of the bag with the camera sitting on top, which wasn't very functional for me. The extra pockets on the outside of the bag are great for extra stoarage, and the attached rain cover is nice to have as well.

Good bag for the average snapshooter

This is an okay bag. I got it as part of a kit, which made it a decent deal. This bag is great for your average family party/soccer practice type snap-shooter. It seems to have a decent amount of padding, a durable outer shell and a rather comfortable pad on the shoulder strap. It has a nice little, permanently attached, rain cover that deploys from under the front pouch, and easily covers most of the bag, leaving clear the shoulder strap attachment points and the attachment loops on the backside of the bag. However, this leaves every pocket and compartment inaccessible. The big cover flap that you see in the product photo above is really quite pointless. It does NOT cover the bag's main compartment, only the zippered outer pocket. The main compartment unzips from the side opposite the flap, and it opens toward the flap side of the bag. This is quite a compact bag, and is in reality, not much more than a case for the camera and one or two accessories, rather than a true camera bag. I can just barely fit my body, two lenses (one attached to the camera) and a speedlight. I cannot put my camera in the bag with my longer lens attached. Due to its wide lens hood. It has to go in the bag, body-side down. There is a very compact pocket in the main compartment that can hold a couple of memory cards. The outer pocket has a couple of pouches that seem to be for more memory cards, or maybe a USB cable. My spare camera battery just barely squeezes into one of 'em, and the 4 spare AA batteries I carry for my speedlight will not fit in them. The rest of the outer pouch is completely taken up by the back cap for my in-use lens and a single filter case. Not even enough room for my camera's compact battery charger.

    Good for small DSLR camera

It is really hard to find the perfect bag for DSLR equipment, especially for female users. This one comes close to what I was looking for. It has many extra little pockets for memory cards, batteries, even on the side a strap to slide a tripod in. I like the idea having a hidden pocket with an all weather cover, which I found later. I think even the sales associates don't even know about that. I not really that big, might be too small for larger DSLR camera, but I have the Canon SL1, and it fits good with the 18-55 mm lens facing down. There is room on the side for my telephoto lens and even the 55mm fixed lens fits next to it. It was on sale, so it will do the job until I the THE perfect bag some day.

    Great Camara Bag

This is a great camara bag. It is roomy and has lots of compartments for all your camara accessories. It has an attached lense cloth inside as well as a water proof cover that folds out. The bag is padded in all the right places to protect your camara. I like the size of this bag because it is not too large to wear when on the go. It has a nice wide slip proof shoulder strap to keep the bag from falling off. I really like all the features of this bag.

    Small yet lots of room

This is my second one after my first one was put through hell and finally the zipper failed. This bag fits perfect inside of a backpack so you can keep it all as 1 carry on with your backpack filled with other stuff. Bag has enough room for body and 2 - 3 lenses and many filters. Front zipper is perfect for extra memory cards and battery. Loving the new weather cover that comes with it.

After I bought my second DSLR, I found that I had accumulated quite a bit of accessories and didn't always need to take everything with me every time I went to take pictures. I wanted a smaller bag that I could use that would hold just one of my cameras and maybe a lens or two and a few other items. This bag was perfect. A bonus was the protective cover, and an even better bonus, was that the bag was on sale for only $24.99!!

Big bag with lots of pockets

Overall I love this bag, has tons of pockets and lots of room for your camera and extra lenses. The inserts to separate the sections are easily moveable and durable. Also comes with a rain cover for if your out and it starts to rain. Only complaint is the strap is a little uncomfortable for an all day outing.

    Will always purchase Lowepro products.

I am a big fan of Lowepro products...and I believe in their company. The bag is great...and I have more than enough room to fit my T3I, two camara lenses, as well as my small video camara. So if there was a downside then it would only be that the bag is too large...it makes it difficult to take while on long day hikes...doesnt really fit in my day pack. So wish there was a size between this one and the smaller one. But it's a sacrafise I am willing to make to have a durable, trusted product. I also really enjoy all the seperate compartments that I use for extra batteries, SD cards, trail maps...etc. And the weather proof cover that is attached is wonderful and compact...with it fitting in its own compartment...small and attached to bag. All the bags I have purchased I purchased with this feature...it is well worth it.
