Too small for DSLR with 18-135 mm lens attached

My husband dropped my camera in this bag and it busted the LCD screen. The camera fits too tight in the bag and the bag does not have enough padding protection for the $800+ camera that it is supposed to be protecting. I would like to exchange for another, slightly larger bag with more padding.
