This camera case seemed more like a camera bag than a camera case.

functional but no frills. no style but still a decent value.

Best Buy is very limited in camera cases to choose from

I don't like to carry a purse when I'm sightseeing so I like a shoulder strap on my camera bag. You either have to carry it in your hand or put it on your belt. I don't wear belts. Not enough room for the camera, charger, extra battery. Case is to small.

with the camera and the battery pack, it barely zips. This is not a good size...what were they thinking.

I recently purchased a tiny point & shoot camera with amazing features and quality from, where else, Best Buy. I do love this camera ordered from Best Buy which, needless to say, was sold at an incredibly reasonable BBY price, but I do wish to keep it safe and comfy at a reasonable cost. While I chose not to purchase the bundle-deal, and to order additional accessories separately as needed, a Lowepro case or pouch was definitely among one of the essential accessories I knew to consider and to order shortly afterwards. I, personally, decided on this Newport 30 Case. It is slightly roomier than the pouch, which may not be a consideration for all users; though, it also seems a bit more sturdy. Whether deciding on a case or pouch, both are at a very reasonable Best Buy price, and have a nicely convenient zippered compartment for perhaps extra memory cards, batteries, etc. Even is equipped with a handy loop, should it be desired to carry or attach to a belt. Of course, the primary purpose is the compartment in which your digital camera can rest when not in ready use or stay rather well-protected in varied conditions when in transport. To sum it up, the Lowepro Newport 30 is a must-have digital camera accessory.

I bought this bag for my Canon SX170 IS. It's the same bag that comes in the bundle, but I bought mine separately. It's a nice size for the camera itself. There is an additional pocket on top which I am using to hold the charger with a backup battery in the charger. The top pocket could be just a little deeper, there is a bulge where the charger is and the zipper is hard to close. It may stretch a bit out in time. My only complaint is that there is no strap of any kind- either a wrist strap or shoulder strap would be nice. The bag has a large belt loop but this is too big to wear on a belt. The loop can be used as a handle but it's a bit tight for my hand. I've always had good luck with Lowepro bags so I am not worried about the quality but I do wish there was a strap included.

Perfect for the Sony camera, small and compact and very protective

Purchased to hold my new Sony DSC HX80. Holds the camera and the battery charger/cable easily. Hard panel protects the screen side of the camera. The red is more of an orange red (which I preferred)

Does the job, is a basic camera case. Only 4 stars since it didn't come with a hook to attach to a belt hook like camera cases I've had in the past and I don't use the shoulder strap for it at all.

Case fits my small Lumix camera, cords, and memory cards. Makes it easy to travel with since everything is in one bag.

This case is good protection for the camera. it is light-weight and doesn't take up extra space.

It has a front pocket where you can put memory cards, or charging cable. It does what it's supposed to do.

I bought this pouch for my new camera. It is perfect for a camera and has enough room to carry extra batteries in a separate zipped area as well as down-load cord. I was disappointed that it didn't have a strap, but other than that, it is perfect!

Have enough space and the quality of product is really good at this price.

We got this case with a Sony camera and battery bundle and are so glad we put it to use instead of trying to make the camera work with our older case. This one is the perfect size. We love the decent sized pocket up front for a spare battery–it fits great, not too snug. Also, the backside loops are perfect for strapping it onto your belt. We love this case!

A very good case to prevent general damage from small falls, etc.
