Make sure that you get the right LG filter. It works as it should. It's an excellent product. Do not buy any off-brand filters. They don't work.

I had never tried the home delivery service Best Buy offers, but I did so for this water filter. Have to say I was happy with their service! It was prompt and accurate. On top of that, I wasn't sure changing out the filter was going to be as straightforward as it was portrayed. My fears were unfounded, as a simple twist and remove for the old one, and reverse that for the new one was all that was needed. Worked very well, no leaks or problems.

It's very easy to install in our LG Refrigerator; just twist and pull the old one out and twist the new one in. Simple and done!

IDK if it's this filter or my fridge?! But I must say this filter last long Beyond the products change date. The water still tastes wonderful and you get your money out of this filter because it does last way longer than the suggested time. It's kinda pricey but worth it if you keep it in past the change with the water & ice still tasting terrific!

Easy to install. Refrigerator has indicator that tells me when filter needs replacing. Keeps water tasting fresh.
