Faulty filter

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never happened before, but took the top off and attempted to insert as usual when replacing the water filter and water or something started leaking from the top, wiped it up and put it in. Frig would not accept and reset. Went to Best Buy, bought another, it works great as they usually do. I had ordered the one that did not work on line so I returned. They sent it back to me and said it was unreturnable. Well, that was $49.00 down the drain. I do love my Lg frig with the Craft ice and knock-knock door. I have had it since January 2020 with no problems I purchased from Best Buy and do love the fresh filtered water it produces. First time I’ve ever had a problem with eithe filter, air or water.

It still tastes weird, 3 weeks out. Same thing last time, too. And Yes, we flushed it following the directions after installation.
