Filter's were very easy to install, much better than the ones with my previous frig.

After 4 months the water flow was very low in my new LG refrigerator so I read up a little about the problem and decided to buy a new filter before calling the Geeks. Apparently I use a lot of water for my inside the refrigerator water supply. I ordered my new filter and it came hand delivered the following day. It was super easy to change out and my water flow issue has been resolved. Just wish that there had been some indication on the panel that my filter needed to be changed.

Great product that works well. Remember that some model refrigerators require you to push hard upon inserting for the filter to work correctly.

I have this filter set up on automatic delivery every 3 months. The water dispenser starts slowing down when it's getting close to being replaced so having one on the way is perfect. It's a significant discount to purchase it this way. I recommend it! I have gone to the store and purchased what I was told was an identical filter only to have to drive all the way back to return it. Only the authentic LG filter works and it works well.

Installs easily and works fine. The reason for 4 stars is the price. The Best Buy price is more than twice what this can be found elsewhere for.

Easy to replace. I replace it every six months. I get notification to change it and that reminds me to place the order. Water tastes much better with this type of filter.
