Does what it's supposed to do. My refrigerator isn't flashing at us anymore, so we're glad for that. Best Buy is really close to us, so it's also very convenient that they carried it.

What can I say, this is the only filter that works in our fridge. Water taste great no complaints. Kids enjoy using the fridge water over the bottle water. That should say something.

Purchased my LG refrigerator in October and needed to replace the water filter after six months. Easy to find The exact filter on the Best Buy website, delivered ahead of schedule and Easy to install.

We went in to get the water filter and Dave took us right to it. We received very helpful information on a future VERY large purchase we would need to make. He was completely knowledgeable in the appliance department. He was also familiar with our neighborhood and home we built and gave us important info on our washer and dryer hookup and layout. Each time we went back we unfortunately weren’t able to speak to him, but still received good service.

Quality LG Product, water tastes great. Will buy again when it’s time.

Easy to install and the filtered water is excellent. This filter arrives automatically from Best Buy in the mail so no fuss, no bother. Wish they would do the same with the air filter.
