They only have a 15 days return policy. I normally order for pickup, however this last order was shipped and it tasted so disgusting. I thought flushing it out for a couple of weeks would help but it didn’t. Contacted Best Buy and they told me too bad, they won’t even exchange it or do anything because it was past the 15 days return policy. They’ve suggested I’ve called LG. No one ever picked up or they pick up and hangs up with LG. You don’t get anywhere with LG. So, I’ve just lost my money and had to get a new one somewhere else. Such poor service Best Buy is. Will not purchase from them again. Wasted money for nothing!

I’m sure it filters the water fine, no way of testing it. I think it is better than our tap water, but RO water is better tasting. Gotta have this though. 4 stars because it’s pricy like all the others and LG keeps changing their design.
