These refrigerator filter never fail. They always filter water great and make great ice.

It works. It does the job. Just wish a required item didn't cost so much. Just something to throw away when it's intended purpose is complete. Should last longer than it does!

Like all water filters it is expensive. But at least you know you're buying one that has been tested and guaranteed by a large manufacturer. Easy to install and replace

I bought this water filter simply because it is the type recommended for my LG Refrigerator. It fits perfectly and it is easy to remove the old one and install the new one. I don't think there is a way to measure the effectiveness of any water filter, but I have been happy with this type from LG.

Replacement water filter for our refrigerator. Original filter only lasted one year....might be a function of crappy water quality in Indianapolis. Easy to install.

Does what it's supposed to do. My refrigerator isn't flashing at us anymore, so we're glad for that. Best Buy is really close to us, so it's also very convenient that they carried it.

We went in to get the water filter and Dave took us right to it. We received very helpful information on a future VERY large purchase we would need to make. He was completely knowledgeable in the appliance department. He was also familiar with our neighborhood and home we built and gave us important info on our washer and dryer hookup and layout. Each time we went back we unfortunately weren’t able to speak to him, but still received good service.
