    I have used this Brand and type of water filter for probably 10 years on the last two refrigerators I have purchased. Although the product is somewhat expensive, it appears to perform well overall.

    Filter was purchased to replace the one that came with the refrigerator purchased new about 6 months ago. It was easy to install. Biggest concern is how long it will last. The filter that came with the new refrigerator did not last as long as ones we had for other refrigerators of another brand. From what we could tell it did well filtering the water.

    Great to get all our water filtered through the fridge. Saved a lot of money on a whole house filter this way. Just have to remember to change them out frequently. This model is easy to access and change out without taking out a bunch of food like my last one.
