    The availability of the filter and the reoccurring delivery has been great. I dont have to remember to order my folters and tgey are cheaper from Best Buy than buying directly from LG.

    It's good, A recommended addition would be to refer to LG-provided instructions on how to install in specific models. I needed to watch a few videos on youtube to find my hidden filter compartment and assure myself I wouldn't break my fridge in the process :) :\. But LG has a great video on this. Refering to it in the packaging would save us time. Filter works well!

    The filter is required for the refrigerator that we have, I am glad that Best Buy carries the filter, but the price is really high. I know that the cost of the filter is mainly the manufacturer issu.
