I had the refrigerator/freezer for 6 months. I went to Best Buy, was helped quickly, for both filters, and the transaction took 5 minutes. Of course stayed an extra 20 minutes looking at all the other gadgets & TV's as usual Farrell

Expensive, but works well

quick and easy

I was shown how to do it so when I got home 30 seconds I had water again. the filters only last about 6 months so if your water stops in your fridge try this before calling out.

Both of my filters were out and I was not feeling like making a trip to the store, this was so easy.

I was disappointed when the cashier hand me my purchase in my hand without a bag. When I ask for a bag, I was told they did not have anymore then the gentleman one that was used.
