    I know some of the other off-brand water filters are cheaper but this one filters out the most and lasts the longest! I will always buy LG!

    This is a great oem replacement filter for an LG fridge, however when installing the filter needs to be situated just right in order to seal correctly and have water effectively be filtered. It also seems like the filter should be run for more than the suggested amount of water before using regularly.

    The package was very difficult to open. In fact, I cut my hand opening this hard plastic. Also, the cost was so high, I suggest you try to get packages of two at a lower cost.

    Using the water filter that came with my fridge made the water come out so slow. After I needed to replace the filter I bought this and water comes out a lot faster. Makes drinking water out the fridge enjoyable now.
