I was at first skeptical as to whether this filter would work.It does remove the odors from food in your refrigerator.I have always put a box of baking soda in the refrigerator which also works, but sometimes that would get spilled inside when I was reaching for something else. This takes care of that problem.

We replaced our LG fridge air filter after 6 months when the warning/reminder light came on. Although we did not notice any issues with air quality inside the fridge, we followed the recommendation to replace the filter. The filter seems to have a high price considering how simple its materials and construction are, but that price point is likely determined by LG rather than Best Buy. Aside from the price, we have zero complaints about this product.

Who knew a fridge needed fresh air? Strange new world. But this filter works well-I think... Easy to use. Does it do anything? I will never really know. I will just trust it does.

I never thought that I would find myself reviewing an air filter. This thing is amazing. I have literally never smelled any odor whatsoever in my refrigerator. The days of placing a box of baking soda in the door are over.

The light was flashing on the fridge to indicate that the filter needed to be changed. The staff at Best Buy was able to help me determine the right filter, and I was able to install it myself in less than 5 minutes.

bought filter because my lg smart fridge sent a message to my phone saying filter had to be repl, looked up the filter on lg website got the filter from best buy and installed with no issues rest the filter as per lg very easy.

when it was time to replace the air filter for my refrigerator, I dreaded it because they're so expensive. Best Buy had a great deal on both the air filter and water filter so I was able to purchase both at a much lower price. These filters really do improve the air quality in your fridge.

As of this point, I have yet to have any odd odor within my fridge. My wife tends to put items in the fridge that have unique scents but I cannot tell they are there when opening the doors. Our last fridge was not so kind.
