    I purchased my stainless steel kitchen appliances from Best Buy 2 years ago and still love it! I have it set up on my account where the water filter is automatically ordered and mailed to my home when it's time to change the filter. I really like that option.

    We really appreciate being able to get this product at a lower price from Best Buy vs other stores that cost more as well as it being easier to order from Best Buy with a auto re-order in 6 months.

    The water filter was delivered faster than stated. I think it was the same day. It was the correct filter and I immediately replaced the old filter. I joined the subscription plan to have a filter delivered every 6 months. I love the convenience of the plan.

    Installs easily. But still leaks constantly! Went from no-name brands of water filters to the "official" LG brand because they all leaked! At first, the LG brands did not leak. But they are as bad as the no-name brands now!
