    Recommend using oem filters. Have used off brand and the water doesn’t flow as easily. Seems like there is more stuff blocking the flow to filter out particles

    This filter works great. Have never had any issues with leakage at all. Lasts about six months before the light comes on to replace the filter.

    I can get them cheaper online but the last ones didn't fit. So, back to where I bought my unit to get the ones that fit properly for a few cents more. Then I have no frustrations or hassle.

    first time to replace the filter . had a little trouble getting the new filter to insert but after a few attempt , we got it . we haven't had any issues
