    Bad experience. The wrong filter is sent. Luckily we have a store 40 miles away in Valparaiso. They allow me to turn in the wrong filter and choose the correct one. I am discontinuing the automatic refill service. After having this happen twice, we now keep an extra on hand and deal directly at the store.

    This is supposed to be compatible with my Kenmore GE Elite fridge. I bought it as a replacement since the Sears brand filters are getting harder to come by. It does seat the best in the filter cartridge area and leaks/drips into the fridge. Will NOT buy again.

    I am giving a rating of poor because the salesperson sold me the wrong water filter for my refrigerator after I show them the serial number for my refrigerator. When I tried to return the item they wouldn't take it back because I opened the package.

    Even though I followed the instructions for installing the replacement water filter in my refrigerator, I could not get the filter to fit in its holder.
