The filter was easy to install followed the directions and that was it, it was great! We had no problems and are very happy. We love this refrigerator!!!!!!! To change the filter on my last refrigerator it was very hard to do, it never worked right this was a pleasure.

It is very to install however it’s expensive . I used the same one on the past and it keeps the water clean

Easy To Install & Work Like A Charm.Water Taste Fresh

I have gone to 3 different Best Buys to purchase a new filter, and finally found one. I was so happy and went home to change it. I have changed it 3 times already since getting our new LG fridge. This time, I noticed the packaging was a little different. It didn't come in a box like previous filters and it had a slightly different number, but it said it would fit in my current fridge. I took out the old and put in the new.....and the water would come out slowly....as if it needed a new filter. I tried it several times, and the water still flowed out slowly. Think I got a "dud." The next morning, it started flowing quickly again, and it lasted for a couple of days. and now it's back to the slow flow. I already threw out my packaging and now I'm stuck with this "dud." My husband wants me to just buy a new one and the other one is sold out. I am under the impression that the older filter is no longer available and LG is pushing this new filter, which is listed at LT800P/LT800PC. My fridge uses the LT800P and I wonder if this is really not compatible. I am going to get another filter just to see if I really just purchased a dud, but what a waste!!! Basically we are bound to these filters. In the past, I had not problem recommending this, but this time around......my answer has changed.

Tryed using generic brand filters to save $ only to experuence leaks. Went back to LG brand all oroblems solved. Just go with it!

Works great. Just remember, the first glass after you install the filter will be a sloppy mess of air and water, and you should run a quart or two of water out of the fridge to get your water clear. Use the murky or roiled water on tour plants.

It's just the water filter for our new refrigerator. Nothing fancy. Easy to replace, but a little bit pricey for a filter.

What a difference this filter makes, easy install! Water tastes better than bottle water, saving hundreds of dollars a year in water bottles. Great brand!

These to last quite a while for our refrigerator that we purchased at Best Buy. We like to go into Best Buy to get this item because they have it on our profile and we never have to remember the model it is right there on the computer system.

Bought this because my fridge's water supply started to slow down and the ice it was making had a bad taste to it. I installed the new filter and the change was instantaneous. Perfect filter, will come back for more

The product can be found on Amazon in a two pack that would be cheaper than buying two from Best Buy.

I have a LG LMXS3076 and the filter has to be changed every 4-5 months. I tried knock off brand on Amazon and they didn't last long. I decided to go back to LG filter and it has better water quality and last around 6 months on average.

This is the replacement filter for my LG refrigerator it does exactly what it should and last about 6 months.

Needed a filter got this one at my local best buy because it had simple instructions and was easy to set up
