Problem with the ringer switch

It says to rotate the dial to switch phone from silent to regular. Did not do that at all. Didn't do anything really except spin. Took the phone out of case multiple times to try to align the dial and the switch. No go. Frustrating.

Not a good case
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the case until I put my phone in it and the side dial switch that turns the phone volume to on or silent only stays in the silent position, and you have to take the phone out of the case to switch it off of silent.

Waste of money
