We were reluctant at first - not thinking we would probably find it useful, however to the contrary, it is the best toilet addition ever. Highly recommend and Best Buy had a great price on the Luxe Neo 120.

Very good quality, easy installation

All the parts worked well and installed easily. The cold water takes a little getting used to but not as much as I thought it would. You feel clean.

Very happy with purchase

Installation was only a little tricky, but certainly manageable. If you’re in the fence, I say go for it (especially when it’s on sale).

Simple to use bidet

Unfortunately the t-adapter is made of metal and it will not attach without leaking when connected to the plastic connector below the toilet tank. I tried over 5 times and it always leaked. It will be better if the t-adapter was make of ABS plastic. I cannot find any t-adapter as an accessory that I can use to replace the metal one. I will have to return it.
