This unit works very well. I would just caution you that if you are testing the unit do not push the button unless you are sitting down or else you will get sprayed in the face! It does spray with adequate force!

This was the 2nd one i installed - we can't get along without it. Other than occasionally having to retighten a screw, no issues at all.

So easy to install. Wife loves it a lot. Feels so clean.

Installed this yesterday, which was quick and easy. Since I don't have much experience using one of these, it's hard to say just how well it works. My water pressure is just okay, which means the stream isn't as strong as I would like. Still, time will tell.

Loving this bidet. Takes a little getting used to and you may have to adjust the water pressure so it’s not uncomfortable. I like not having to wipe 5 or 6 times; just enough to dry off.

Having traveled in Japan, and seeing how effective a washlet toilet is, I've wanted to have this for my home. Not having electricity beside the commode was an issue until now. I'm happy.

For the money, unbeatable, dare I say transformational. You can spend five times more and get heat, which might be worth it for some. On a budget, the Neo120 is great.

It works well. Only thing missing is the feminine wash and I didn’t know it was an option when I got this on sale price. Best part is the box came with everything needed to install.

Bought this in lieu of toilet paper being scarce. It’s the ultra Poseidon’s Kiss. Don’t ever use this on full blast. You still have to wipe, but you won’t have to use as much material. Since it’s connected to your water supply, don’t expect a warm welcome.

Excellent and so easy to install. The instructions were helpful and I that it included the plastic wrenches. Even the ladies can install this one.

I cannot use another toliet without this attached to it. This was so easy to install and so hygienic. Thank you for carrying it in your stores.

this took about 5-10 minutes to install and works. No it is not anything fancy, but the build quality is solid and operation is simple.

It does what says it will. It works well kinda odd to use for those of us that have never done it before but works well
