I don't know if it is a good product. The T connector that is included in the box, leaks like crazy, and it has no pressure valve built into it. I have to purchase a new T with a pressure valve built in for $20. more.

Couldn't install properly! it should have included an adjustable range or something so that the fittings could be easily open! Needed to return.

It does what a bidet is supposed to, I just can't find a leak, and their customer service has ignored my attempts for help. It leaks over 1 1/2 quarts per day!

Ok quality bidet, not a recommended product, worked well for couple of months but its tearing up after use, so go for some other brands.

I am an employee of Best Buy, I made the decision to assort this product because of the ease for customers to install this product. I had the opportunity to use a similar product from Luxe and was able to install it in a matter of minutes. I don't consider myself handy by any stretch of the imagination. It was as simple as turn off the water to the toilet, install the Y adapter to provide water for the bidet and attach the bidet to the toilet seat. Once it is installed, it is simple to operate, just turn the lever to the desired pressure and wash away! My one caution I will provide is that if you test out if the bidet is working, make sure you are seated on the bidet. Otherwise, prepare to get sprayed with water.

Tried to install it and i got everything right but it’s leaking. To install this thing i need to hire a plumber which cost me 200 bucks. So not a good buy for me.

Installed per the directions and it leaked. Die to stores being closed I was unable to return it.

I have two of these and frankly don't understand why every toilet doesn't have one. When people get their hands dirty they don't wipe their hands with paper to completely clean them. This is an easy device to install and I promise when you use it, you will not want to be without it. Many people have thanked me for telling them about this type bidet. I am retired and have never been employed by Luxe or Best Buy. Save lots of toilet paper and get at least one of these devices and install it. Your butt will thank you.

The Luxe Bidets are awesome. Excellent product and wonderful customer service. I had purchased 2 of the NEO 320 and have been very pleased with the product. However, one product had developed a leak after about 1 year of purchase. Since I had registered for extended warranty, the LuxeBidet staff member - Sabrina - promptly issued me a replacement coupon. I am very happy with the product itself and also with the excellent customer service provided by its staff. Would highly recommend Luxe Bidet to all my friends and family and everyone out there. Very high quality, useful, hygienic product backed by awesome support staff!!

I'm from France. I am so happy to have a similar product that is a normal in France. You will love i warm water to clean your self while sitting on the toilet.

I was unsure about buying the Neo 120, but I'm so glad I did. It was relatively easy to install; no problems with leaking, which I was afraid of since I'm not too handy. I was debating between the 120 and 185 (since my wife said the 185 has dual nozzle for females.) But she said this one works just fine. We normally use the lowest setting and it gets the job done.
