Great product, easy to install works way better than expected. I installed a 2nd one without hesitation! My whole family took to using it right away. One of those rare products that once you get it, you can’t imagine how you lived without it! Plus it’s paying for itself by USING WAY LESS PAPER! Five big stars!

So far works good. Little worried about the controls being on the bath tub side. It's not the strongest thing being that it is made of plastic. To bad they don't make them with the controls on the left for bathrooms like mine. Just got to be aware when I get out of the bath.

An amazing assistant that have been helping me everyday in the last month. While installing I had to run to the plumbing store to purchase a hose because the existing one was too short to connect to the bidet. Also it kept leaking at one connection but I finally won. Both my wife and I really like it.

This model has two nozzles, one for everyone and one particular for the ladies. Cold water was a bit of a jolt on the first usage but that can probably be attributed to it being an odd sensation on the first go around. After getting one ordered another within a couple of days for the other bathroom.

It's amazing. It's refreshing. It's so clean. I don't know why I took so long to buy one. I was a little nervous about using it for the first time. But after that first spray, it's bidet all the way.

Should be easy to install if you have room to access piping, otherwise (like mine) it is difficult to reach both arms around toilet to get proper wrench grip on fittings. It came with both a plastic and a metal tee for water connection (you only use one) so you can opt for the one that best fits your configuration. When I installed the unit I found that the seats spacers no longer were in contact with the top of the bowl so the seat now was at a slant. To correct this I had do purchase new spacers to attach to the bottom of the seat (they do sell them at the Luxe website). I feel that these spacers should be included with the unit. Also, when the unit is in operation it seems to be a strong stream even at the lowest setting. Would like to see more of a gentle stream at the lower settings. It only comes in white and my toilet is more of a yellow/tan color, so that will take some getting used to. Overall since I purchased it on a sale I feel it is a worthwhile unit and if a friend was looking for a Bidet I would recommend it.

although I purchased another brand, this Luxe' unit works far better than the first one. The ease of the controls and assembly was very simple. You turn a knob, it cleans itself. awesome huh!
