Most importantly, the feeling of the water jet is tickling, and amazing. My kid loves it too. Coming to the cons, which again my drive the price tag up if included, is the ability to change the direction of the jet a little, so that I don't have to wiggle on the seat to get it all cleaned. The jet pressure maxes out just as I move the knob to the second, or third dot, does not do much of a difference for the remaining.
