This is a great alternative for those looking to save money on tissue

Took a little longer to install than expected, but not hard to do.

A lil aggressive but seem to do the job. And I feel fresh.

the product looks good but has some installation issues. They shouldn't be hard to solve but it is three weeks now and three emails later and I still have not heard from Luxe. Maybe you can lit a fire under their butt.

You get what you pay for. If you're expecting this to rival that of seats with built-in bidets, you'll be disappointed. Otherwise, it works okay except for the fact that the seat spacers fell off the first week I had it.

This product is good for someone jut getting into the Bidet market but it is not good for the winter months.

I have not use are installed them yet but I got them on sale and seem pretty cool.comes with everything you need to install

Felt it is expensive when compared to product available in other stores.

There was no adjustment in the water pressure Even though there was an adjustable dial... It was either full on or off... felt like I was using a pressure washer very painful!!!

returned because connection would not work on my Kohler toilet

They send you all the wrong connections and then you can’t find them at the hardware store

bought for the deal of the day.. it works okay but the control is too sensitive/the water sprays very hard.

Product was defective but got a good replacement. Overall satisfied with the new one.

I just finished installing and testing the Luxe 185 that I bought from BBuy. I was impressed that very tool you will need is included except whatever tool(s) you may need to remove and reinstall your toilet set. The braided stainless steel hose has a unique, cleverly-designed sliding tool built onto it to tighten the different sized nuts on each end. There are even 2 plastic open-end wrenches with 2 different nut sizes on each. It was a quick installation. It comes with clear, easy to follow instructions and a registration card to extend the warranty to 2 years and give you 20% off your next Luxe purchase. I bought this because I have a hemorrhoid problem. The rear stream is a narrow single stream that is pretty forceful even on the lowest setting. I’m sure that I will get used to it, but it is a bit painful on the H’s. I can handle any discomfort if it gets the job done, and it sure seems to fit that bill. I would prefer more of a flatter or multi-stream, softer spray, but I’m sure the designers tested all options. I showed it to my wife after I installed it as I knew she would disagree with the purchase. As expected, she thought it was another ridiculous gadget. We’ll see if she’s brave enough to try it soon. We are both in our late 60s.

It’s not made for all toilets and I was not able to fit it into mine and mine is a very modern a new toilet

Very easy to install. Nicely designed. Very reasonably priced. Works very well. We may need to get one for every bathroom in the house! Especially happy that we didn’t need to worry about putting in an electrical outlet.

This bidet works the best! Still strong after 4 years! Hookup is easy.
