Luxe Universal Fit Bidet is awesome. I never thought I could like a toilet product so much. You feel so clean after using and realize toilet paper isn’t good enough alone anymore. My husband actually said I really purchased something that he even really likes - so much so that we purchased a second one for our other bathroom.

What can I say... this was an easy install. Now to the good part. Cleans my whole private area nicely. I didn' t use the hot water hookup ...bought it mainly for the dual male/female wash. I wish I would have done this long before. Don't really know why this isn't standard in all places in the US. It's the best invention since sliced bread.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our son and he loves it! Says it works perfectly and was the best gift ever. He loves that it easily hooked up to the hot water as well, so he can enjoy a clean tush.

I've looked at the $400 - $500 Bidet Toilet Seats. Yeah, an air dryer would be cool. But I just paid about $70 for a bidet from Best Buy, and it definitely is worthwhile! Having a model with warm water is the way to go. However, I usually do bring it down to a lukewarm temperature the last five seconds or so. One thing that took me a while to figure out, and could not find much information online, was the length of time to use it. The instructions also did not have a recommendation. I would have to say 45 - 60 seconds should suffice. Then, you can wait another 90 seconds to drip dry, or you could pat yourself with a couple of sheets of toilet paper. By the way, my toilet seat doesn't close all of the way now. It's not a deal breaker, but a bit weird. Hopefully I can find a toilet seat which accommodates the bidet a bit better. First off, I really don't like the aesthetic look of the unit. It reminds me of a made-for-TV product. But I'd never used a bidet before, so I'll find a nicer looking one down the road if I end up liking it. Aside from that, it installed on my existing commode nicely, and so far it's worked fine. It takes a little getting used to. The actual installation had a couple of small hiccups; the biggest problem I had was attaching the bidet line with the rubber washer to the t-joint on the hot water line. Every time I tightened the connection, the washer would twist up, leaving me with a leaky connection. Finally I tried it with a slightly loose fit (and some teflon tape as well) and it works as of now. Overall I'm happy with the product. Down the road I might want to invest in something with better quality, but it's a good starter bidet.

Great bidet. Very easy to use and effective at cleaning. It is a great product for the whole family to use. It is a great bidet with different water options, either hot or cold.

I've only had this for a week and now I feel gross if I don't use it. So I have ordered another one for my other restroom. It takes a minute for the hot to get to it, that just depends on how long it takes to get to your faucet. However, I like the idea of having that long line running from the faucet to the toilet because it holds room temperature water. I'm sure that is going to matter in the winter. I have turned on the faucet as I entered the restroom and had hot water by the time I needed it. Just depends on what I'm in the mood for. Buy one! You won't regret it!

Took a bit to get the water pressure down to where it wasn’t boring you a new hole but would rather do that than not have enough pressure. Beware that you may need extra high toilet seat bumpers as ours did not sit flush once installed. Easy to order off of Luxes website

This is my second purchase of this product as we had guests come over who loved it and we got it as a gift for them. Easy to install great product.

Works well only a few issues. Had to modify so the fierce spray was not so harsh. A pressure vale regulator should have come in the box instead had to head to lowes to adjust spray pressure. You have to move with it all butts and areas are not alike, takes some target practice. The seat once installed is too lifted had to purchase separate runner parts to keep seat level. Other then those 3 major issues it works as needed.

Great devise, but be warned having the warm water connection can be a task especially if the source (sink, etc) is not next to the toilet. I had a plumber install mine and he took an hour to get it installed due to running the line to my sink for the warm water and he needed to buy additional parts to reach the sink. Once installed, the bidet works great. Be careful when turning on the water as the pressure can be high so slowly lift the water control.

Another “deal of the day” purchase. I have never used a bidet but figure I’d give it a try. Omg I will never go back. I got a clean butt and it was easy enough for a dummy like me to set up. Recommend to all people. If you got poop on another piece of your body would you just wipe it off with soft tissue paper? No you would wash with water and dry off. Why treat your bum any differently?

This bidet comes with an extended warranty from the maker upon registration. The instructions for installation are very clear and the manufacturer offers various fittings in case others are needed. It looks well made and though I have not installed it yet, I look forward to using it. The only problem is that I ordered and paid for two, but only one was sent. I emailed Best Buy, but they have not responded, nor was there any sort of notification of a delayed shipment.

Works really well, doesn't look too bad either. Being able to adjust water temperature is great too! Not 5* because the water pressure adjustment is not too refined and can go from mild to too much! pretty easily but you eventually get the hang of it for the most part. Also, while the install isn't too difficult, the hoses and both water adaptor are pretty finicky. If you don't use a decent amount of plumber's tape (more than they provide), and line it up 100% perfectly straight you'll end up with leaks. In the end though, my frustration with the install could be a bit design but also user error. In the end, I got out working right so cannot complain too much since the thing works well and we are happy with the end result.

Get this. A little difficult to install, but for the price your booty will thank you.

It was relatively easy to install. However I did mess up once and installed it in a way that there was a substantial gap between the bowl and the seat. After adjusting, I was about to decrease the gap. Now on to using it. It's makes clean up easy and has me using way less paper; I still need time to dry if I'm gonna rush. The lever makes it easy to adjust how strong the spray is. Now this may sound obvious, but if you're not going to use the heated spray and didn't hook it up, don't keep the lever in the center. It should be all the way to the cold side.

I am pretty satisfied with this product. It is easy to install and helps a lot with reducing the usage of toilet paper.

This is by far one of the best investments I've brought for my downstairs bathroom toilet. I love it and so do my few home guests when they figure it out. I would recommend getting a plumber to install, although some DIY...I did and didn't work for me. Ended up hiring a plumber. Easy to clean. I plan to buy another for my master bathroom.

Works as advertised. Easy to work and setup. Definitely get this one over the one w/o the warm water option

With all of the craziness going on we wanted to see if there were other options. We have thought about bidet's in the past but could not really commit. We purchased this one, installed it and will never go back!!! The warm water feature is a must, although it did require a bit more on the installation. Everything I needed to install was in the kit. I would highly recommend this item to anyone.
