Just had my plumber install, so I am just getting use to it. My plumber installed, as I am not a "do it your self person" when it comes to plumbing. Had to have a hot water line configured, so that was an expense I was not anticipating. Getting use to adjusting the pressure. Had to purchase bolts and bumpers, which I feel the manufacturer should include. But all in all, I feel the product will be fine. I really like the enclosed nozzle feature. Much better than my last bidet. Everyone should have one!!!

Nice easy installation has 2 hoses for each water temp. Hot must connect under faucet

Easy to install, waster pressure is good too. Water warms up pretty fast also.

The package comes with everything needed to get connected and running. Comparing to the cold only version the installation is a bit more involved to get hot water to the unit, but not difficult. Operation of the unit is simple. I am thinking of getting a thinner bowl brush to clean the bowl behind the nozzles. Overall the unit performs above expectations.

This is a great choice, most of the good at a fraction of the price of an electric. Highly controllable and effective. Can be used without the hot water attached, and is just fine, especially in the non-winter months. Adding the hot line makes it year-round great. Wife wanted electric dryer, or we would have left this in our master.

I purchased another one of these last year for my master bathroom and loved it soo much that we decided to get another one for our gust bathroom. Great product easy to install and it comes with all the necessary equipment. Definitely recommend this for all households

I am very impressed with the Luxe Neo 320 Hot & Cold bidet! Reasons: 1. Absolutely easy install. 2. All hardware and wrenches supplied in the box. 3. Quality Hardware. 4. Simple to follow instructions. 5. Last and certainly not least, it works really well! My only regret is that I did not purchase it sooner.

I’ve purchased this very same product multiple times for my own home and for 3 other households. I’d keep buying this one over and over. It’s easy to assemble and install and the instructions on how to use it is very simple.

Good value for money, not the most features but it gets the job done. Already saving a ton of TP! The hot water hook up is a separate tube and needs to hook up to, for example, the sink. In my case I did not have the correct pipe fixture, and the included one did not fit, so keep that in mind. The regular cold water hookup for and worked fine.

I had my doubts about this bidet but after the quick easy installation I tried it out for the first time and was AMAZED! I don't think I can ever go back and the fact that all tools, tape and fitting came in the box with clear easy to follow instructions made this a great purchase.

With everything going on, decided to try this product and become less dependent on TP. I have yet to install but the package came quickly and from looking at the instructions I don’t expect any issues with the install. I will update once we have this in place and using.

Man does this thing work!!! Believe me when i say this thing is an Avernger Hawkeye, it always hit the bulls eye! And it easy to install your family will live the clean feel. Wash away the shame lol!

This thing is the best, we don't have an outlet in the toilet room, so the electric ones were out of the question. This thing is amazing, super easy to install in 10 minutes and all the tools needed are included

I love this device. I wish I knew about it sooner. Only problem is I got one with the hot water optional when all I need is the cold water one because of easy plumbing.
