    The washer for the hot water connection was faulty so I have to buy another washer to connect it. Other than that, we love it.

    Works great, love it! Only thing i would complain about is it takes awhile for it to get warm water flowing so if you want the water to get warm fast you have to turn on the sink hot water, or install a instant hot water heater. No fault of this product though.
