Mad Max was made in the late 70's and it shows. Great film for it's time, but's it hasn't aged well. If you've just seen Fury Road and you're hoping for more of the same, I'd recommend The Road Warrior over this.

Mad Max (Blu-ray Disc) (Collector's Edition) is worth it to own. The classic original film packed with extras and improved sound and visual quality from the DVD.

Originally saw this out of order...saw the Road Warrior first...loved that one so much I tracked this one down. Of course I had to get the blu-ray.

I love all the films in the series including the newest Fury Road but the first Mad Max is still the best in my opinion. A small budget cult classic that's timeless.

Saw this movie many years ago and bought it because of Fury Road. Although this movie was fun and exciting - it was nothing compared to Fury Road - which was non-stop action. Get it to compliment Fury Road.

The original Mad Max is a classic. Mel Gibson plays this role superbly. If you are looking for an action pack film that is just fun to watch. Pick up this movie.

If you're not familiar with the original Mad Max movie, get this version so you can compare it with the most recent version. It is set, in time, before the new release, and has a different background story.

This movie is a blast from the past. The blu Ray looks very good on a 4K tv. It is a bit dated but still holds up well.

I was thrilled to get to see one of my favorite films of all time on Blu-ray. The moving is still amazing as ever and looks even better now that it's on Blu-ray!

I already love the mad max films, so there's not much to say about the movie. Bluray was good quality for an older movie, and comes with commentary and making of features. Can't beat the price at under $8.
