What can I say, I love this movie so much. I was very disappointed when the UHD release was initially released without a steelbook. Now that's finally remedied. This movie deserves the best possible quality of release and, as far as I know, this UHD steelbook is currently it.

An interesting story set in an insane world. Max is caught up in the drama unfolding within Immortan Joe's citadel as he tries to survive in the mad world. While Furiosa takes the lead in the movie she delivers a more interesting story as she tries to rescue Immortan Joe's wives. The spectacle alone of all the vehicles and effects makes this worth watching.

It's been way too long since I've seen a total thrill-package like Mad Max: Fury Road. The practical effects are amazing, the excitement is non-stop, and while Max may have title presence, the real lead -- the unstoppable Furiosa -- is the kind of strong female presence not typically available in film. Get this movie, get some popcorn, strap on your 3D glasses, and ride!

I honestly didn’t think I’d like this movie I don’t know why. I guess I just didn’t know enough about it. From start to finish it’s pure action and doesn’t let up! Charlize and Tom Hardy are amazing! Of course the Steelbook is awesome looking. Highly recommend this movie!

Great steelbook release! Fantastic cover art inside and out. A lot of times they don't take the time to do much for the inside of them but the text and dirty grain effect.is great for the aesthetic of the film. Must have for any fan of the film!

This is a very good movie. There's non-stop action from beginning to end. I would put this movie in second place ranking in the franchise, The Road Warrior, the best. Mad Max, third, and last, but not least, Beyond Thunderdome, third. The only disappointment I had with this movie, was, Mel Gibson wasn't playing Max. I heard he was too old. Tom Hardy wasn't bad, though.

Good remake of the IDEA of Mad Max, but not really THE Mad Max in my opinion. Charlize Theron is a good mean-girl/good-girl, but a lot of the back story is missing. Why was Max in a position to get captured in the first place? How did Furiosa rise up though the ranks only to turn on the same ranks she rose up through? What precipitated that? And what's the deal with live blood transfusions during chases? I liked that the action really doesn't ever stop for long, but the over-all story is kind of thin.

This movie was made to max out your 4k!!! Lol yeah i know but it was made for 4k in sound and sight. I have a 75in tv that i bought at best buy with denon reciever 2 sony subs and 2 sony atmos with 5 polk speakers all from best buy. It was amazing.

It's been a very long time that the world has seen a mad max movie and when mad max fury road was released it really knocked it out the ball park I got the 3D version and by far this movie not only delivered with story and action but with 3D as well if you've seen the previous mad max movies and like them fury road will truly blow you into their own apocalypse enjoy

Tom and Charlize just kicked the proverbial door off the cinematic hinges! What a remarkable piece of filmmaking from George Miller, an utter visionary. Surprisingly gripping and captivating from a "the feels" standpoint, too - not just the awe-inspiring kickass-ness of things that crash and go boom. Super raw and visceral. I fell in love with every second of it.

Who needs dialogue? When there's engines roaring and heavy metal opera blasting. This movie blew me away I'm so mad I didn't see it in theatres. I loved it just watching it on my 40in at home (no sound bar or surround sound). The stunts are fantastic and the filmmakers did an incredible job this film deserves to win at least three oscars. Great Job Mad Max team.

One of the best of the year and a throwback action movie with practical effects and very little CGI. Action from the start never lets up and the original director of this series brought back his magic. Hardy is terrific and does Gibson proud. Theron is fantastic and proves women can lead an action picture with credibility sand acting ability. Can't recommend enough.

The biggest screen possible is the best place to watch Mad Max, but if you didn't get to see it in theaters, this is a great blu-ray. Solid audio and video and a small but decent array of special features. Heard they might be coming out with a new edition that contains a black and white version of the film, so if you think that looks cool, maybe wait for that?

Awesome visuals, awesome Atmos soundtrack! This is definitely one of those movies that’s just ok on a regular tv but a great experience in 4k on a decent home theater system! Got a good deal on the steel book set which was a nice addition vs the regular release.

George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road is a cinema master piece! Everyone involved in this film did a fantastic job. I really like the 3d and believed it added enough to make this movie even better. I enjoy the special features, but I was under the impression a silent black and white version came in this pack. IT DOES NOT. Bummer but I still love everything about it!

I have seen every Mad Max film several times over the years. I also like to collect 3 D films to play at home. This film allowed me to add to my collection and give me the opportunity to watch a film I enjoy over and over. The price at Best Buy was particularly appealing as well.

I was not surprised by the less than average artwork throughout the steelbook because the original blu ray steelbook was stellar and very tough to beat. I guess what I am trying to say is that its ok but I'm happy I have a 4k disc I can put in my original steelbook.

Enough praise has been given to this entry of the 'Mad Max' franchise. The best I can add is: This is a must see film. The cinematography is absolutely stunning. The story; compelling. The stunts; flawless. The characters; timeless. Its guaranteed fun you can view again and again. A movie that will have you screaming "witness me!!" at the top of your lungs..

I'm a big Mad Max fan, with Road Warrior being far and away the best of the bunch. Until Fury Road. I had doubts about Tom Hardy. I had doubts there was anything left to say in the Max universe. Well I was wrong. This basically takes the last 15 minutes of Road Warrior and makes a 2 hour movie out of it. It's insane, its visceral, its brutal, its magnificent.

Loved MadMax...loved MadMax2 (the Road Warrior) loved Beyond Thunderdome. Now we have a new Max and this movie is badass! George Miller the director doesn't hold back and give a crazy, insane, thrill a minute ride along with Max that will blow you away. Okay maybe I went overboard. The Blu-ray look incredible and the sound is equally amazing. Buy it!
