I liked the Mel Gibson versions and I'm still unsure of this reboot. It's gonna take a few more viewings. I'm not sure this is for my generation, Gen-exers, maybe more for the milennials. I don't know. I would probably recommend it only to a milennial, at least that's how I feel right now.

If you're like the average consumer without a 3D or 4K TV, then this version of Mad Max: Fury Road is the version to get. It comes with the HD version of the original film + special features of the original release as well as a black and white version of the film.

The set and feel of this movie was definitely Mad Max true fashion but the character, Max, I feel was missing what Mel Gibson brought in the previous movies. I think the writers could have done better with Max's character. At times it felt like Max was not the main character in the movie.
