This is a very different movie, but in a good way.

I bought this movie because I had heard that it was the best action movie in the last 5 years. Not so much. While the action and stunts were awesome the movie was very confusing. If you are looking for the next episode in the mad max movies it is not here.

I found this movie to be kind of boring. It was just one big explosion after another ala Michael Bay, even though it starred 2 excellent actors in Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy. The Blu-ray picture and sound is amazing, but the content was just not there.

As with most remakes, my expectations are usually a little lower. This movie is pretty good, but would have been better if the original didn't exist and I had never seen it etc. Not a bad movie, just had too much to live up to I suppose :(

It's solid start to finish action, largely in the same setting and landscape. Lots of explosions, lots of shooting, lots of excitement. It's basically what I expected so I guess it delivered. Not my favorite movie all in all, but entertaining.

i guess im just not a mad max movie guy - i fopund the movie boring just a lot of weird made up vehicles driving across the desert chasing a truck load of maidens graphics and effects were good just not for me..

I was kind of disappointed in this movie. I'm glad I picked it up on sale. It is definitely not as entertaining as the first three. Some of the scenes were obviously computer-generated but if you can pick it up on sale it might be worth it.

The good-There’s a lot of action here and it’s all very true to form for the series. But there wasn’t a whole lot else here. Tom Hardy is an amazing actor (one of my favorites) but doesn’t get much of a chance to shine.

...make it a very good action-packed move, but doubtful to be a classic like the original ones became. Still, it's definitely worth buying and having available to watch at home if you can crank-up the surround audio on a good AV system.

Loved the original movie and thought this one would be just as good. It was good and it had good effects but I guess expectations weren't met. Still a good watch but I wished I would have just rented it at redbox and not bought it
