Mad Max: Fury Road is the best action film of 2015 and my personal favorite of 2015. The movie redefines what it means to be an action film. George Miller knocked it out of the park with the practical effects, the pacing, and the great cinematography. The score by Junkie XL is also heart-racing! A true 5/5 film.

A welcome addition to the world of Mad Max. Although I personally would have preferred a bit more of Max, the movie is highly entertaining. An almost not stop ride, the only downside is a slight lack of character development for Max, but do to the pacing of the movie this is acceptable. If your a fan of Mad Max you will like it, and you will anxiously wait for the next movie. The picture and sound on the Blu-ray are great.

After all the hype and the stars connected with this new franchise entry I was very excited. I loved Nic Holt, Tom Hardy, and Charilze Theron's performances as well as the special effects. I thought the movie was good and sometimes great but fell short of being "Oscar worthy". It's a great action/special effects bonanza and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the originals or action movies.

I was never much of a Mad Max fan but when I saw this movie it blew me away, it's plot is fairly simple but everything else in the movie is amazing. Do yourself a favor and watch this movie on a BIG SCREEN because you will want to feel immersed in it's visuals and sounds.

When I watched this at the theater, I was tempted to immediately turn around and buy another ticket. It's such a fun, crazy movie, and my whole family loves it. We don't buy many DVDs any more, but this is one we'll watch a lot (twice already in first week of ownership).

Mad Max Fury road is a movie built for the big screen, but it looks pretty good on blu-ray too. The plot takes a backseat to the action, but there are so many quirky realities for this fantasy world that it is not just wall to wall action, but wall to wall zany entertainment as well. A very stylized movie I think the actors inhabited their parts well without needing too much dialog.

I just bought the Samsung k8500 blu-ray player so I bought this movie as well to try out the 4k and it looks absolutely unreal! The blacks are amazing in this movie, and there is so much more detail than in the regular blu-ray! This movie is definitely worth the price!

This is one of the best action movies I've seen in the last decade. From start to finish, the movie is one long thrill ride and an adrenaline rush. The world here feels distinct and characters like Max and Furiosa are incredibly likable. Overall, just a really fun movie.

This movie is great. It is a great way to spend a lazy day, watching this movie. The practical effects used are what make it a must see. It is not a total CGI (fake) movie, the filming took time and a high level of skill. This can be seen in many of the scenes.

From start to finish Mad Max is one crazy thrill ride of a movie and never lets up on the hammer. One of the most exciting movies that I have ever watched along with an awesome soundtrack to boot. This is definitely a movie that I would recommend to anyone.

just bought my first 3d tv from bestbuy and decide to buy this 3d movie and it was aw struck action packed movie greatest film ever made and love seeing it in 3d bring it out of my tv...awsome!

I never gave this movie a shot from the day I saw the preview. The guy playing guitar on the car while driving looked just absolutely dumb. While scanning the tv last night and finding nothing on, I stopped here about 10 minutes in. Wow! Watch it.

One should buy this movie just for the visuals alone! The amazingly detailed vehicles, insane stunts and mind-blowing special effects were done without CGI and made the watching experience both thrilling and explosive. Even though there's little plot and virtually no onscreen character development to speak of, this movie is worth a buy!

Amazing! ...Ya gotta see this one!!...and the Oscar nominations & wins certainly back it up!! So much going on , and availble on this DVD package, I wouldn't have known what to say before! Just trust others' positive comments, and see it!!

This is one huge mash-up of wild car chases, insane action, and jarring storytelling. While it's titled Mad Max, this movie is about the struggle, the fight, and the courage of Imperator Furiosa. Future films may focus more on Max, but this vehicle is clearly driven by Charlize Theron's performance... and she knows where she is going.

I streamed this movie recently. Immediately after watching, I had to go purchase the 3D version and watch with my kids. The storyline is great, but the visuals are absolutely stunning. Highly recommended for any post-apocalyptic fan.

Great action scenes of the remake of Mel Gibson's original movie. Starts off with action shots and ends with action shots. Just a great movie to sit back and be entertained with non stop action scenes. Kudos to Charlize Theron.

Mad Max: Fury Road is non-stop action but beautifully filmed and edited. While it should appear to action genre viewers, folks with a more artistic sensibility should enjoy the way the scenes are cut together.

This movie beat my expectations. The storyline might have been better but the picture and special effects were the best I have seen in a new digital movie. This is a must see for adults into Science Fiction.
