I really like what the director did here, does 5-10 minutes of setup, then off to the literal races, zooming across the planet through a myriad of settings, obstacles, and battles. They reach their destination, only to discover it doesn't deliver on promised redemption, so they turn around and race back to the beginning. A real edge of your seat action film!

Easily one of the best films i have seen all year, and the bluray release of the film enhances it. great picture quality, as well as a solid sound mix make this a good buy. the 3d has very little halo effect and overall improves the experience. only knocked it down to a 4 due to the lack of the black and white version i had originally hoped would be included.

I was 10 when Road Warrior came out, and was blown away by George Miller's explosive imagination in creating this film. Even better, this has the black & white cut of the movie. Stunning. Great special features too--all in high def!

I've always been a fan of the Mad Max classic movies. This one runs right along with those. The non stop action was entertaining! However, if you don't like long drawn out car chases, don't watch it LOL. Charlize Theron is one tough chick! Loved her performance. Only those who can appreciate the classic originals will appreciate this one!

The movie was fast paced and packed with action sequences. The score is heart pounding and the cinematography is beautiful. The producers have created a heartless, soul-less world, but made it captivating to watch with characters you actually cared about.

Already loved this movie and own in BluRay. i had to buy again when i saw this 4K version release with a steelbook. with a compatible 4K tv and player, this looks even MORE stunning.

For anyone who is a fan of the franchise or action movies in general this one stands way out from the crowd. The great practical effects and the consistent feel of the Mad Max world really bring you in and will leave a smile on your face long after it ends.

My first run was to see how over the top 4K could be and I was not disappointed. The over saturated pops of color were as advertised. The second and third time I watched, I really enjoyed the movie from characters to story.

This movie will go down as one of the most enjoyable cinematic experiences in a long time. The 4k presentation is amazing and the sound is incredible. If you don't have a great sub in your home theater yet, this movie will make you want one.

This movie is excellent. Saw it in theaters and couldn't wait to buy the movie when it came out. The acting is phenomenal with Tom Hardy playing such a dominant role even with just a few lines. The quality is great and the sets make the movie come to life!

Love the Mad Max movies and Tom Hardy is perfect for this movie. The look of the movie is what sets it apart from the other post apocalyptic movies. The lack of dialogue does not take away from the movie and actually just helps it set the proper tone.

I was literally on the edge of my seat. Loved Tom Hardy in this role and was blown away by the practical effects and stunts. Some reviewers point to a weak plot. I would agree; but who needs a plot when you have some of the best action-sequences in years?

This movie rocks and is action packed throughout. The actors are top notch and the story line is very cool. Don't hesitate on this movie - pick it up now in 4K quality and you won't regret it.

I seen this movie in movie theaters. I am glad went and watched it. Couldn't wait to pick this title up. It is a great story lots of action. Will have you glued to your seat. Non stop action from start to finish. I highly recommend you pick this title up.

If you have never seen this movie you need to pick this one up. Its was one of the best movies of the year. This steelbook will sell out so you need to pick this one up asap.....

Picture is so sharp even when it's being zoomed. Got an excellent plasma 1080p Hitachi tv that's why got to protect it from burning in. It brings out the best and the Atmos surround is so jaw dropping that's give a good workout to our new Marantz SR6010.

This isn't your dad's Mad Max with Mel Gibson, so don't expect that, but it is great in its own ways. The ONLY downfall in my opinion is the lack of focus on the car which was such an important part of the original movies. However this movie is a great base for them to build more movies on, so hopefully they will. Tom Hardy was perfect for the Mad Max role.

Don't expect much dialogue. That's not what you are here for. You watch this film to go through the visual expressions. They are impressive indeed. Again, you want something heavy on plot, this is not it. the movie is like following a race for two hours.

This movie's a must-have for any Mad Max fans, or just action junkies in general. I love the behind-the-scenes bonus features that give you a taste of what an exciting process it must have been to get the movie made. Gotta love those practical stunts!

I honestly didn't like this movie in the theater for some reason but have come to really enjoy it after watching it a couple more times. Now it's one of.my favorite Mad Max films
