Great except it broke!

I used the pitcher to crush the ice and the plastic “grooves” that stick out from the sides broke! Didn’t know it until I was drinking my drink & almost choked on a piece of plastic!!! Not good!

Not powerful at all

This machine is really weak and wobbly. Frequently, you have to tap and shake items for it to even blend them, let alone chopping etc. I am quite disappointed. I am not sure about all the positive comments people have given - there's no way it makes smoothies smooth with regular fruits, forget putting in frozen fruits.

Cups cracking

So far 5 of 12 individual cups cracked/leaking below the handle and directly across on the seam. One of the white blender locking tabs has also broken off. Talked to Amazon and posted several reviews. No response for anyone.
