For the first week, it took her about 3 minutes to break up all the ice. Since then, it takes over 5 minutes each time to fully blend it. Even using a recipe from the included recipe book took over 5 minutes to blend properly. The cup sizes are also very small. Overall, very disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone looking to make frozen drinks.

It's a great little blender, but does not grind everything down to a juice/liquid like we thought it would.
