You just have to make sure there’s enough liquid to blend the frozen berries otherwise you’ll burn the motor. I like it so far but again wish it was bigger.

Would get a more powerful blender
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Blender is reasonable quality, but the motor lacks power. Undersized motor leads to thermal failure. In the end it depends on its intended use. Frozen things will be an issue.

It held up really well for that while but today I tried making a smoothie and I found that it... Broke? There's "grips/grooves" to make the blades spin. Almost like two puzzle pieces or whatever. So the grips on the main part wore down so the blade grooves wouldn't spin. And I was very sad... So i mean it's good but doesnt last for forever...

Great except it broke!

I used the pitcher to crush the ice and the plastic “grooves” that stick out from the sides broke! Didn’t know it until I was drinking my drink & almost choked on a piece of plastic!!! Not good!

Not powerful at all

This machine is really weak and wobbly. Frequently, you have to tap and shake items for it to even blend them, let alone chopping etc. I am quite disappointed. I am not sure about all the positive comments people have given - there's no way it makes smoothies smooth with regular fruits, forget putting in frozen fruits.
