Pretty Good

Not a magic bullet

The equipment was light and easy to store because it was small. But a few weeks later, it doesn’t work anymore. I was very disappointed and need to return the product.

Don't Waste Your Money!!!

Product broke on the first weeks of use This product can’t crush frozen fruit or ice. Very unhappy with product as it was not capable to make a decent smoothie. I was told by Best Buy personal it was a great product... guess I won’t be listening to them anymore when choosing a product.

Ninja is the way to go!

I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed...it doesn't blend up frozen fruit well, particularly strawberries. And, definitely not ice. It's like it gets the job mostly done, but can't quite finish. I suspect it's the low-watt motor. Spend a little more, get one that is a bit more high-powered or go Ninja!

Terrible customer service.

Was forced to pay shipping on a replacement blade, when motor was seizing, with a strong electrical smell, after 45 seconds. New blade was used with same results - surprise! Now have to pay an additional shipping cost to replace the motor unit.
