I bought two of them and for both of them I found same problem and you can’t return item to Best Buy after few days. Not worth for money..

Glad I got it free with my Rewards

For future reference, please follow the tips below to extend the life of your product.
1. Keep all contents under the max line.
2. Keep run time under one minute intervals.
3. Always blend solids with liquids, nothing carbonated
4. Attach the blade assembly tightly to the container.
5. Let the motor come to a complete stop (2 seconds) before lifting the blade and cup attachment from the power base.
6. Wash all parts by hand and allow to air dry – do not place parts in the dishwasher.
7. Replace your extractor blade(s) every 6 months or as needed for optimal performance.
8. Do NOT use with HOT ingredients.. For best results, we recommend ingredients be at room temperature or cooler.
