Posted .Thank you for your review post. In your User Manual you may refer to our "Pulse, Shake & Tap" technique. These techniques will allow you to mix all items evenly. We recommend crushed ice. You may contact our Customer Service Department at 866-446-6352 for assistance on using the product or warranty service.

Cups cracking

So far 5 of 12 individual cups cracked/leaking below the handle and directly across on the seam. One of the white blender locking tabs has also broken off. Talked to Amazon and posted several reviews. No response for anyone.
