The instructions also suggest that you’re supposed to replace the blades a couple of times a year. Had I not paid $10 for it, I would’ve taken it back.

So so I like my oster blender

weak motor

Have to shake it couple of time for all the veggies and fruits which were cut in small pieces to make a smoothie. It was becoming a hassle then a convenience. Returned within a week.

I did not pick up the order

Strongest budget blender. Even crushes spices.

Most importantly grinds hard spices to an acceptable level. You can make coarsely ground spice mix, curry powders, curry pastes, chutneys, salsa, fine purees, marinades etc. Never let me down. After 2 years for rough use, we broke the groves on the smaller cup. Wish they could sell the cups and blades separately. The blade also starts leaking if you run blender more than 2 mins. But, we've got our money's worth from this little guy looong ago. I will buy this again if (not when) mine breaks.
