Customers are positive about the keyboard's quality, ease of use, and the convenience of the Touch ID feature, with many praising the feel of the keys and the seamless integration with Apple devices. The sleek design and lightweight nature also received favorable comments. However, customers are negative about the high price point, considering it expensive for a keyboard. Many appreciate the battery life and the functionality of the fingerprint reader.

Disappointing Durability, Left Shift Button

I purchased this keyboard a year and a half ago with high hopes for a reliable and long-lasting device. However, my experience has been marred by a significant issue with left shift button. Over time, it seems to have dropped down, resulting in a complete lack of tactile feedback and a noticeable absence of the satisfying click that usually accompanies a key press. Considering the price point and the relatively short period since my purchase, I expected better durability, especially for such an essential key. Unfortunately, the decline in performance, particularly with the left shift button, has left me questioning the overall quality of this product. I rely on a functional keyboard for work and personal use, and the current state of this device has negatively impacted my productivity.

Solid B+, Not Worth It w/o Touch ID

It's a bit expensive for a keyboard, especially one with this much flex and no backlighting but if you want a keyboard with touch ID and a number pad, this is pretty much your only option. Keys feel good, battery life is great, flex isn't a problem in everyday use. Solid B+ overall but definitely not worth the price if it wasn't for touch ID.
