Disappointing Durability, Left Shift Button
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this keyboard a year and a half ago with high hopes for a reliable and long-lasting device. However, my experience has been marred by a significant issue with left shift button. Over time, it seems to have dropped down, resulting in a complete lack of tactile feedback and a noticeable absence of the satisfying click that usually accompanies a key press. Considering the price point and the relatively short period since my purchase, I expected better durability, especially for such an essential key. Unfortunately, the decline in performance, particularly with the left shift button, has left me questioning the overall quality of this product. I rely on a functional keyboard for work and personal use, and the current state of this device has negatively impacted my productivity.

Keyboard with Touch ID
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard has made working from home much easier. However, the Touch ID technology isn’t connect to my MAC. I tried taking it back but the guy at the store said I was 1 day past the return period. He then said I have to take it up with the Apple Store.

Decent "Apple" keyboard but better alternatives.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(Silver/Black-key version) I really wanted to like this keyboard, as it matched my 2021 MacBook M1 Pro much better than than the silver/white keyboard along with having a similar (NOT THE SAME) layout as the keyboard on the laptop itself. The keyboard itself is too wide to quickly use a mouse along with it. At the time of my purchase, the full-size was the only available option. I would have preferred a TKL option. It has a noticeable different type-feel compared to the keyboard on the 16" MacBook M1 Pro; the keys have a bit more "clack", and are shaped and spaced a little differently, especially the space bar -- having an almost round/sloped feel compared to the flatness of the macbook keyboard. Another feature I would have liked would be backlighting. This keyboard offers none, unfortunately. Although it does include touch-id and an outrageous battery life (I've charged the device twice now since purchase date), I don't think I would purchase another full-size version, and I'm now in the market for a more comfortable, shorter keyboard as my current desk setup isn't very spacious, leaving me constantly bumping the keyboard with my mouse.

Overpriced because apple
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s an overpriced keyboard from apple. Only reason I bought it over using a better third party keyboard was for the Touch ID. If you’ve used a recent Mac product with a keyboard before, you should know what to expect.
