Do you really need it though?

The fingerprint recognition is nice but, I found a keyboard that was mich better for me in that same price range so I returned this.

Expensive for what you get

Not what I wanted

I prefer a more tactile key. But I do miss having the Touch ID…..

Light weight and thin

Wish it was located at the end of the keyboard, instead of being in between tge letters and the number keyoad.

Who is builders making my iPad 12 pro function like a computer. Definitely helps a little bit but nowhere close to regular functionality.

Good keyboard (with a flaw), Bad Customer Service

I thought maybe it was just a fluke since it is an apple product. I apparently waited too long to contact support.. I ordered it online because it's a bit of a travel to get to the nearest Best Buy, but they are telling me I have to take it in to them.. The two stars are more for the crappy service than the actual keyboard. Do better Best Buy..
