This product works well. My spouse is serving in Afganistan and this device really helps us save on phone costs. Without Magic Jack we would be paying 27 cents a minute.

I really like this magic jack. don't need to be connected to my computer

This is my second magic jack I gave my first one to my sister in law and replaced with the newest edition it works the same as my old one it has wifi it said but I have it hard wired have not had any issues I would recommend

I had a difficult time setting it up and it was hard to find a way to call and talk to a live person. I finally used an online chat. It goes out frequently and I have to disconnect everything and reset, but the worst part is I am without a phone and don't even know it.

Buy it get free air time then pay the annual fee and no monhly charges. The calls are no different than the old land line. with ATT. you can port your number also. there is a fee for that annually about $10.00 if I remember correctly..

Great phone service for the price. Eventhough the price of majicjack service has went up over the last couple of years, it still can't be beat! Ordering it online with bestbuy was cheaper than through majicjack!

I have used Magic Jack for several years now. Each "version" becomes easier to use and has less problems. I use this instead of a home phone. While there have been some glitches over the years, it is still of great value. I would never again have a home phone with all the accompanying charges. For $20 a year, you can't beat the price!

I was wowed by the simplicity of making the switch to magic jack. Saves me over three hundred dollars a year and gives me more features than I expected. Installation was simple and worked flawlessly.

I bought this product so I could still have a regular phone for us to use. My younger kid doesn't have a cell phone yet so this works good for him. Sounds great!

I bought this device with Magic Jack service before reading the fine print. All of your calls are recorded (not the content of the conversation, just the phone number, etc) and used for advertisement purposes. Please read the terms of use. If you're OK with that, then great! It is a cheap service, so what do you expect. Additionally, this device is supposed to work on the internet only (without being connected to the computer), but I have not been able to get it working. If you research online, most people aren't able to. The MagicJack software (softphone) is OK. It works, but looks terrible. A newer device has been released since and may work better, but this review is for the MagicJack Plus. You may have better luck with the MagicJack Go.

Great for home phone calls,no more phone bills and don't need a phone jack. Calls are clear.

i make lots of international calls and used to spend hundreds of dollars in calling cards. that is no longer an issue with magic jack

I am very happy because with this I do not have to have my computer on, my computer get stock with the other because is not working fine. We love magic jack to communicate with friends and family. Also we can kept the same number

Second one we bought. Set them up here and sent to family in Philippines. Now my wife can talk to all her family as long as she wants, no overseas charges, good clear connections.
